Certified B Corps are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.

GIVE BACK TO SOCIETY

Starting in 2012, we collaborated with dermatologists on a project of giving a pro bono service to patients with scalp conditions. Until today, we have donated 200,000 bottles of dermatological shampoos to major hospitals and dermatology clinics across Taiwan and received positive feedback from patients with seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis.

We endeavour to provide a service that improves scalp conditions for those in need. We constantly visit orphanages and share tips on how to wash hair to keep scalp problems. We have been collaborating with over 30 different charity groups to provide hair washing guidelines and efficient natural shampoo. We will continue to carry on our work and give hope to those in need. We also encourage our suppliers, clients, and business partners to join these meaningful activities and plant a seed of B corp to their companies.

Education

In July 2020, juliArt’s corporate headquarters attained B Corporation certification , and as we mark the third anniversary of being a B Corp, we’re seizing the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive reevaluation of our mission and direction.

Our unwavering belief in the presence of superior choices for the betterment of society and the environment remains steadfast. We’re fully committed to revisiting and reimagining our past while taking tangible steps in the present to forge a sustainable future together.

    juliArt integrates environmentally friendly and circular economy concepts into every aspect, from ingredients and design, to production, transportation, usage, and recycling.
    In 2021, we became the first haircare brand in Taiwan to pass the BS 8001 Circular Economy Audit, achieving the highest level of certification in Level 4 by BSI.
    Committed to sustainable packaging, since 2021, our premium 1000mL bottles are made from rPE recycled plastic, contributing to environmental benefits.

  • RE 10x10 Climate Manifesto

    juliArt is proud to be part of the "RE10x10" initiative by Greenpeace, committing to using renewable energy for more than 10% of our headquarters' electricity consumption by 2025. We are delighted to announce that we have already surpassed our 10% green energy target well ahead of schedule in 2021. Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality at the juliArt headquarters by 2024 and further increase our usage of renewable energy to over 50%.
