How juliArt is Giving Recycled Toys and the Planet a Second Chance
Toys bring happiness, but they also contribute to a growing environmental problem. Most toys are used for less than six months, and over 80% are eventually discarded into landfills, incinerated, or end up polluting our oceans. What begins as a joyful experience too often ends as a source of waste that harms the planet.
This Earth Day, juliArt is proud to support a more thoughtful path forward. Through our partnership with the Taiwan Toy Library Association, we are actively supporting the Toy Truck project. This initiative collects used toys, restores them, and delivers them to children. These toys, once forgotten, are given a new life filled with imagination and play.
By supporting recycled toy programs, we help reduce environmental waste while also encouraging a culture of sharing and reuse. The toy truck brings more than just toys to these communities. It delivers joy, creativity, and a reminder that sustainability can start with even the smallest hands.
