Exfoliating liquid shampoo is an edge-cutting form of shampoo, therefore the way of usage is different from normal shampoos.
It was specially designed as liquid form, therefore there is no need to use it on a wet scalp.
Please have no worries. It is absolutely okay to use the exfoliating liquid shampoo on wet shampoo and the only difference would be the efficacy will be diminished because of dilution from water.
Please use the exfoliating liquid shampoo based on your scalp type. For oil scalp, use once every 7 days; for dry scalp, use once every 14 days; for psoriasis scalp, use once every 3 days and for seborrheic dermatitis scalp, use everyday on affected areas.
