- How do I return products not purchased at juliartofficial.com?
Items not purchased directly from juliArtofficial.com cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. They should be returned to the purchase location.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship products via Amazon shipping or USPS. Most orders are proceeding within 2-5 business days. You can always track your order via Track Your Order
- How do I make a return?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact our Customer Care Team via Live Chat from 7PM PST – 6 2AM PST.
juliArt is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
1. A team member will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# is required to process returns and issue credit. Returned merchandise received without an RMA# will not be automatically refunded.
2. Write the RMA# clearly in the box on the Return Merchandise Authorization Form (click here to Download Form) and on the outside of your return package. Please include this packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records.

All our product formulas are plant-based. There are no artificial coloring, dimethicone, SLS, and no chemical preservatives in our products.
- Does juliArt test on animals?
juliArt has never tested on animals during product research, development, and manufacturing processes. We do not own any animal testing facilities, and we never ask others to test on animals for us.
- What is the pH of juliArt products?
For avoiding over-cleansing or triggering skin allergy, the scalp products should be as close as scalp pH level.
